At Fashionstorelabe, we stand behind our workmanship. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our clothing sewing and repair services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, please contact us immediately.
If adjustments are needed after completion of alterations or custom dressmaking, we offer one complimentary revision within 14 days of receiving your completed garment. Additional revisions may incur a fee depending on the extent of changes required.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include revisions or, in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund.
If your garment is damaged during our service, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement of materials, or compensation as appropriate.
For custom dressmaking projects, once work has begun and materials have been purchased, cancellations may not be eligible for full refunds. However, we will work with you to find a fair resolution based on the stage of completion.

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. Approved revisions will be scheduled based on our current workload and will be completed as quickly as possible.
